Indo Visa Solutions is committed to upholding transparency and fairness in every transaction.
All service fees, application procedures, as well as payment and refund policies are clearly and openly communicated through our official website. We offer a 24-hour refund policy in the event of transaction cancellation under specific terms and conditions.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable under certain circumstances as outlined below:
Condition I [Applicant Does Not Meet Service Eligibility]
If, during the document review and assessment stage, our visa specialists determine that the applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements for the requested service (including visas, stay permits, or other related services), and the applicant chooses to discontinue the application process, the applicant shall be entitled to a refund of 90% of the total amount paid.
Condition II [Cancellation Prior to Visa Submission]
Cancellation Before the Verification Data
If you choose to cancel the visa application process before the verification stage begins, despite still meeting the eligibility requirements to proceed, we may issue a refund of 90% of the total amount paid. This provision applies only if the application status remains at “Awaiting All Data” or “Under Verification.”
However, if the refund request is submitted after the application status has progressed beyond “Awaiting All Data” or “Under Verification,” the refund policy will be adjusted in accordance with the applicable terms for the relevant stage.
Cancellation After the Verification Stage
If you request a cancellation of the visa application process after the verification stage has been completed, while still meeting the eligibility requirements to proceed, you shall be entitled to a refund of 80% of the total amount paid. This provision applies as long as the application status remains at “Awaiting Submission” or “Awaiting Appointment.”
If the refund request is submitted after the application status has progressed beyond “Awaiting Submission” or “Awaiting Appointment,” the refund policy shall be applied in accordance with the applicable terms based on the final visa decision.
Condition III [Refund Policy After Submitted / Approved Status]
Once the visa order status has reached “Submitted” or “Approved,” the application cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
This is because, at this stage, the visa application has been officially submitted to and/or decided by the Immigration Authority of the Republic of Indonesia, and all related fees have been allocated toward government charges (PNBP), immigration systems, and official administrative processes that are final and non-refundable in accordance with applicable regulations.
Furthermore, the approval or refusal of a visa is entirely under the authority of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, the service provider has no authority to cancel the process or retrieve fees that have already been processed by the relevant authorities.
Condition IV [Special Refund Provisions in the Event of Force Majeure]
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, security disturbances, political instability, changes in government regulations, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of both the applicant and the service provider, refund provisions shall be subject to the policies of the government and relevant authorities.
If such circumstances directly affect the visa application or issuance process, we will promptly notify the client through official communication regarding the application status, any potential process adjustments, and the applicable refund provisions (if any), in accordance with the regulations in effect at that time.
Refund Method
Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds will be issued to the original payer’s account and cannot be transferred to a third party.
The refund process may require a certain processing period, depending on the payment provider, bank policies, and internal verification procedures. Any applicable administrative or transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable and shall be borne by the client.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed once the refund request has been approved and all required administrative documents have been completed. The refund processing time is estimated to take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method used, bank policies, payment gateway procedures, and our internal verification process.
To submit a refund request, clients are required to contact Indo Visa Solutions Customer Care via email at customercare@indovisasolutions.com or WhatsApp at +62 811-3891-313 in order to obtain and complete the applicable Refund Request Form.
Indo Visa Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, including but not limited to banks or payment gateway providers. Clients will receive official confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.

Kondisi Pengembalian Dana
Pengembalian dana hanya dapat diberikan dalam situasi tertentu sebagaimana dijelaskan di bawah ini:
Kondisi I [Pemohon Tidak Memenuhi Kriteria Layanan]
Apabila dalam tahap peninjauan dan pemeriksaan dokumen, tim ahli visa kami menyimpulkan bahwa pemohon tidak memenuhi persyaratan untuk layanan yang dimohonkan (termasuk visa, izin tinggal, atau layanan lainnya), dan pemohon memutuskan untuk menghentikan proses pengajuan, maka pemohon berhak memperoleh pengembalian dana sebesar 90% dari total pembayaran yang telah dilakukan.
Kondisi II [Pembatalan Sebelum Pengajuan Visa]
Kondisi III [Ketentuan Pengembalian Dana Setelah Tahap Submitted / Approved]
Apabila status pesanan visa telah memasuki tahap “Submitted” atau “Approved”, maka permohonan pembatalan maupun pengembalian dana (refund) tidak dapat dilakukan dengan alasan apa pun.
Hal ini dikarenakan pada tahap tersebut proses pengajuan visa telah secara resmi diajukan dan/atau diputuskan oleh otoritas keimigrasian Republik Indonesia, di mana seluruh biaya yang timbul telah dialokasikan untuk biaya negara (PNBP), sistem imigrasi, serta proses administrasi resmi yang bersifat final dan tidak dapat ditarik kembali sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Selain itu, keputusan persetujuan atau penolakan visa sepenuhnya merupakan kewenangan pemerintah Republik Indonesia, sehingga penyedia jasa tidak memiliki wewenang untuk membatalkan proses maupun menarik kembali biaya yang telah diproses oleh instansi terkait.
Kondisi IV [Ketentuan Khusus Pengembalian Dana dalam Keadaan Kahar / Force Majeure]
Dalam hal terjadi keadaan kahar (force majeure), termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, gangguan keamanan, ketidakstabilan politik, perubahan kebijakan pemerintah, atau kondisi luar biasa lainnya yang berada di luar kendali pemohon maupun penyedia jasa, maka ketentuan terkait pengembalian dana akan disesuaikan dengan kebijakan pemerintah dan instansi terkait.
Apabila kondisi tersebut berdampak langsung terhadap proses pengajuan atau penerbitan visa, kami akan segera menginformasikan kepada klien secara resmi mengenai status permohonan, kemungkinan penyesuaian proses, serta ketentuan pengembalian dana (jika ada) sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku pada saat itu.
Metode Pengembalian Dana
Setiap pengembalian dana yang telah disetujui akan diproses melalui metode pembayaran yang sama dengan yang digunakan pada saat transaksi, kecuali disepakati lain secara tertulis. Pengembalian dana hanya akan dikirimkan ke rekening atau akun pembayaran atas nama pihak yang melakukan pembayaran dan tidak dapat dialihkan kepada pihak ketiga.
Proses pengembalian dana memerlukan waktu tertentu sesuai dengan kebijakan bank, penyedia layanan pembayaran, serta prosedur verifikasi internal kami. Biaya administrasi atau biaya transaksi yang dikenakan oleh bank atau payment gateway, apabila ada, tidak dapat dikembalikan dan menjadi tanggung jawab klien.
Waktu Pengembalian Dana
Pengembalian dana akan diproses setelah permohonan refund disetujui dan seluruh persyaratan administrasi telah dipenuhi. Waktu pemrosesan pengembalian dana diperkirakan membutuhkan 7–14 hari kerja, tergantung pada metode pembayaran yang digunakan, kebijakan bank atau penyedia layanan pembayaran, serta proses verifikasi internal.
Untuk mengajukan permohonan pengembalian dana, klien wajib menghubungi tim Customer Care Indo Visa Solutions melalui email customercare@indovisasolutions.com atau WhatsApp +62 811-3891-313 untuk memperoleh dan mengisi Formulir Pengembalian Dana yang berlaku.
Indo Visa Solutions tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh pihak ketiga, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada bank atau penyedia payment gateway. Klien akan menerima konfirmasi resmi setelah proses pengembalian dana selesai diproses.
